Hello all.
Up until the massive broadband outage a few days ago, my router had been steady for 35 days and synced at over 7000 (my profile was 6000).
Unfortunately since everything went back on line my router has now synced at about 5500. Every 24 hours I have done a reset to try and force it back to where it was pre outage. I have had no joy. My line attenuation has remained at a low 22db but my SNR is higher than it was pre outage.
My router stats are currently;
Link Information
Uptime: 0 days, 3:57:43
DSL Type: G.992.1 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 5,664
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0.00 / 0.00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.0 / 19.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 11.0 / 22.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 21.0 / 12.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / TSTC
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 417
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
Is there any way to get my sync rate back to where it was pre outage, and therefore my profile and download speed back up.
Thanks in advance.

Hi moffat2000,
I could do What Jim suggests if you like. You would have to go back into the training period though.

Hi Jojo,
If you could do the reset that would be great. I'll ride out the training period and see what happens.
Many thanks.

Hi moffat2000,
I've just requested that. I'll check from home later and let you know how it went.
