Re: Speed down FTTC

Hi G3YBO,
I can see that your sync speed has dropped slightly. I'd suggest trying a soft disconnect via logging into your routers interface and clicking disconnect, then power down your router and modem and leave powered off for a few minutes. Firstly power on your modem and wait for your DSL light to go stable and then power on your router and click connect in the routers interface.
Test your speeds again and see if there is any difference,

Re: Speed down FTTC

There's nothing obvious why your speeds have gone down. I'd suggest running through the checks at http://faults.plus.net and is it's still the same then this will formally raise a fault with us to investigate.

Re: Speed down FTTC

That's with our faults team now, as soon as they have completed testing they'll be in-touch.
