Speed all over the place today

Is any one else experiencing poor speeds today .Speedtests have been all over the place from normal 2800k right down to 1500k, BT tester is showing ip profile as normal (3000) and router stats are fine and exchange is at green. I am connected to the  pclag01 gateway .Anyone else on this gateway suffering?
