Hi everyone,
Plusnet has been good for the last few months (12 mbps downloading off Steam at approximately 1.4MB/s). However for the last two days it's been really slow. Please could I get assistance/the problem be fixed. Current speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3268443176
I saw the sticky post so I'll post the results from the instructions on this link: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html
Point 1 (Technicolor Router interface):
"Uptime: 0 days, 21:30:32
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 13.939
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/GB]: 69"
Please note that the uptime is less than 1 day because I reset the router, in hope that it would fix the speed problem. Before resetting the router, it was at approximately 15 days (if my memory serves me correctly).
Point 2 I got this (using the BT testing website):
"Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.77 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 12.3 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.01Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.45 Mbps"
So point 3 (plusnet website), I got this:
"Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
12.7 Mb "
Your help is much appreciated.

Is this using a wired or wireless connection to the router?

Could you post the full router stats please - you need to click details at the top right.
