Hi everyone,
Plusnet has been good for the last few months (12 mbps downloading off Steam at approximately 1.4MB/s). However for the last two days it's been really slow. Please could I get assistance/the problem be fixed. Current speed:

Please note that the uptime is less than 1 day because I reset the router, in hope that it would fix the speed problem. Before resetting the router, it was at approximately 15 days (if my memory serves me correctly).
Point 2 I got this (using the BT testing website):"Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.77 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 12.3 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.01Mbps
