Speed Issues

Over the past week I have been getting issues with my broadband speed.. most nights when the free period is (between 12 and 8am) the speed has been dreadful :.. through the day time it has been up and down and all over in between.. fast slow slow slow fast fast in between slow slow fast you see where this is going.. i have done various speed tests and it never reads the same... i have seen speeds from 0.2mbps right up to 20mbpss... would just like to know what is going on please ?

If you are still seeing issues after doing these checks, I'd send in a ticket to the support team at http://portal.plus.net.
