That does look pretty poor.
There is a lot to look at when it comes to speeds like that - Do you have an output of a BT speedtest you could post?

@ monkeytrousers
I can see you replied to the ticket letting us know everything is back to normal, good to hear.
@fnuseless
Your ticket is with our logged faults team and they'll keep chasing BT for updates.

that might have been the last time chris
but hey this is the next event which is now heading for a 3 week fault
just done bt test
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 2528 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 456 kbps
If you wish to discuss these results please contact your ISP.
If you are experiencing problems with specific applications, servers or websites please contact your ISP for assistance.
Your test has completed please close this window to exit the performance tester.
i have to say at least it now reads the connection as 2528 but not d/loading at that
check last ticket for even poorer result
i know this is not really plusnets fault but i am getting cheesed off paying for the gaming pro connectio and getting isdn {well almost}

Have been having nearly identical issues with my broadband- working perfectly one day, greatly reduced speeds the next. The response to my ticket was very inconclusive- and frustrating. I'm getting this from the BT Speedtester:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 7000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 8096 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 53 kbps
VERY low actual IP, yes? This is from mybroadbandspeed.co.uk:
Plusnet has denied fault for low speed before, but persistent complaining and far too many phone calls resulted in an admittance of error and thus increase in speed. Hopefully it won't be as complicated this time around! Any advice is appreciated; am very tired of no adequate responses.

No; it was the very first thing I checked. Even when that does occur, speeds are better than they are now.
