Speed Issue

Hey,
I'm really baffled and could use some help with my broadband speed. Got a Thomson router and the stats are below. Was getting decent speeds over the weekend but today it's majorly dropped and i'm now struggling with 250kps. Any help would be much appreciated. I've plugged it into the test socket and getting the same results.

Re: Speed Issue

You haven't gone over your usage allowance have you? The stats seem to be ok, throughput aside.

Re: Speed Issue

Hi gpavlovic,
I've checked your connection and your profile has banded itself to a lower profile which gave you reduced speeds. Everything now appears to be back to as it was from what I can see.
You had a re-sync yesterday around 11.30am and it changed your profile.
Let me know how you are getting on.
