Speed Issue.....Please Help

Hi there,
A few days ago i started to get very low speeds and i havent got anywhere near my 4GB peek usage limit, so i have no idea why my speed has dropped so much. Please help.
BT SpeedTester: 192 kilo bits per second (Kbps)

What product are you on so we know what speed you should get I am assuming its 8 meg.
Has anything changed like new router /phone etc?
Have you had a lot of disconnects recently which may have dropped your profile. Are you using a router or modem make an model please

This looks like a misprofiling issue.  I'll get it sorted for you very shortly.

Iam on the old broadband plus package. Im on 5mb speed i think because at the time my area didnt have 8mb.
I have a Netgear DG834G Wireless Router
No i havent been disconnecting just the drop in speed.
I just tried that link to bt speedtester but it appears to be down at the moment, i did post the speed i got yesterday in the first post with bt speedtester.

My broadband speed is now returned back to normal thank you everyone for helping and to the person who fixed it.
