Speed Fault

Hello
I've experienced some pretty awful speeds on my line.
Here's my noise test:

My BT line profile test:

Current Line Speed from Plusnet:

Using the test socket, my BT line profile test is identical:

I tried doing a wholesale test via BT however I experience an error midway through and it fails.

I would usually expect speeds of up to 200kbps. I'd really appreciate your assistance here.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Speed Fault

The bad news is that because you are on a 20CN exchange your IP profile will take a day or so to recover
It looks as though your default noise margin has increased to 12dB
I suggest raising a speed fault as https://faults.plus.net
