Speed Dropped

Could a staff member look at my line.  My download & upload speeds have dropped radically over the past few days. I have been getting a constant getting 14 - 15Mbps over past year now getting less than 3Mbps. I am using A Billion BiPAC 7800DXL router.

Please read the speed issues thread and post the information requested therein.
Was the test run over wifi or an Ethernet cable with wifi switched off?
Is there noise on the phone line?  Dial 17070 option 2.

Hi greshoff,
I've just performed a full set of faults diagnostic tests which don't point to any connection problems.
If you haven't already please test again over ethernet.
