My internet speed dropped from approx 3Mbps to 0.5 Mbps and it will not accelerate again, I can't watch any sort of video online, what could be causing this? Tried restarting router a few times over the last couple of days but with no success. Latest reading on BT speedtester was 386 Kbps.
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 1,376
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 31.5 / 50.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 14.0 / 19.5
Than you,

How long after router reboot were those stats taken? It looks like the DLM might have increased your target noise margin due to perceived line instability. Does your line have a history of disconnections?
What IP Profile did the BT speedtester give you? Is the same value shown as Current line speed on this page?
