Have just discovered that my d/l speed is less than half of normal.I have made no changes. Bt speed test is...

Download speed achieved during the test was - 665 Kbps

I've just checked your account and can't see anything obvious.

Our faults team will then be able to help you dig deeper into this one....

HI dennisb66,
How is your kit set up? Are you in the test socket? Using extension cables/sockets? Your SNR is really high so something has caused that, and ultimately this will have dropped your speed. If we can find out what may have caused the noise then maybe we can do something about it.

Hi Joanne,
  Yes I am in the test socket,no extension cables.Faults dept.mentioned a disconnection about 2 weeks ago,have no idea what caused it,everything is the same as always so don't know how i can help. Had same problem a few months back which you resolved Jo.  Time to wave your magic wand.lol
