Speed Drop off

Can someone from support take a look at my current speed please? Been dropping for a bit now currently sat at 24Mb profile but upload exactly the same.
Looking at the dslchecker it's reporting high of 35Mb and low of 25Mb http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

I've just been looking at your account and ran a few diagnostic checks which didn't reveal anything obvious so raising a fault would be the best way forward if this continues to be a problem for you: http://faults.plus.net
