Speed Down by 90% Suddenly - please help

Hi All
Last week I received an email from plusnet saying they had fixed my broadband - hoorah it was up to 5mbps.
This week it has crashed to less than 0.5mbps.
I have tested all my cables, swapped dsl filters, rebooted a dozen times, there is nothing else connected to the line, not even a phone. Everytime I run a speed test its about the same. No response from plusnet after several days.
Actually, plusnet have now been in touch and are promising to fix the problem.

I assume that those tests were wired
Can you post the results of the BT Speedtest further diagnostics as I suspect that the IP profile is mucked up

Plusnet have just been in touch and are now going to fix it. They said the connection keeps dropping and won't stablise so its registered as a fault which is why the speed is low. Or something.
