SpamBot

I wonder if PN know there's a spambot on there network? Its been doing its business now for the last 5 days.

netname:      PLUSNET-VISP-SERVERS
descr:        Virtual ISP Portal servers
descr:        PlusNet Technologies Ltd
country:      GB
It been hitting my mail server & a couple of other I manage at a rate of about 20 spam an hour, I have now had to blacklist PN's server to stop the jank coming through

I got an email from unquarantine@quarantine.plus. com telling me that PN was holding an email that had been sent to me because it contained a virus.  I've never seen this before and don't recognise the PN email given.  Is this part of the problem?

Have you reported it to our abuse team so they can investigate and deal with it? You should be able to do it via abuse@plus.net and they'll take a look.

Full instructions are clearly stated in the email.  My concern was that having not seen one of these messages before I wondered if it was genuine.
