In fact Postini suffered from a similar thing for a while, as could be seen on our internal mail platform for a while where a lot of the watch spam was getting through.

Umm No, well not at least on my full corporate postini account, it did not have this problem.
Given I have a full postini account, I can easily tell if the PN usage of postini is up to its full potential.

Regarding the date the Spamcop header was removed. The Service Status for that work can be seen here.

So the answer is Yes, this happened just before Xmas.

Re: Spam Increase

For those in the Postini trial, why don't you ask them to email you, say once a day, saying how many spams the've had, both tagged & untagged. Also how many false positives.
Also any suggestions they might have.
If you don't do this what is the point of being on a trial?
When will anything happen as a result of the trial - and how will we know?

Re: Spam Increase

Over the last few days I have had a vast increase in unidentified spam.
Over a recent period today 3 marked as SPAM 20 not marked.
Normally the proportions are the other way round.
Is there a current problem.
