I was with MAAF then. Fault ticket #54618188 refers
Now I am with PN directly and have an open fault ticket #61235006, which has been open since 19th October.
When I was with MAAF the person dealing with the ticket was fantastic, keeping me informed all the way along of what was happening and why and when.
Now I am with PN I unfortunately am feeling a bit left in the dark..........I post questions on the ticket and they are quite simply ignored.
Currently I am having frequent dropped connections (as I have been since April 2012) and apparently an increase in errors.
Is six months long enough for me to keep my cool over all of this? I think so. I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of it all.
This time round under the ticket 61235006 I feel that the symptoms are being addressed rather than the cause.......I have limited knowledge of BB and all that......but is not just 'oh lets raise the target SNR' just a bit of a cop out? Why not look at the cause of the problem.
I am sorry to vent and am sorry if I am curt or rude.......but please Plusnet please....this has been going on for over 6 months now!!

I'm sorry to see that this has dragged on quite badly for you.
I'm going to raise this to the attention of a faults team manager with a view to passing this on to an experienced faults agent due to the protracted nature.

If so then:
27/09/12 @1234 - 1418hrs sync was 2016Kbps
08/10/12 @1216 - 1400hrs sync was 2144Kbps
Current sync exactly, right now is 1314Kbps
Hope this is what you are after?
