The next step then is for us to dialtest as yourself, if you can give us a 30 minute window (at least) when your router will be disconnected we'll be able to try those sites from here using your connection details. I'd suggest that tomorrow may be the most suitable time if you can arrange this.

9.30 is fine. Looks like there were problems with Linx yesterday and whilst we no longer peer with them directly this will have had the potential to have affected a lot of UK Internet traffic.
Are you still having the problem?
Edit: Correction to the above. We do still peer with Linx. I was confusing them with Level 3. Doh!
