Smart TV and sky Q constantly disconnecting to the router

I have had problems with my internet dropping out for some time, I contacted you a couple of month's ago, you found a fault and an open reach engineer attended, he said he had fixed the problem but it still no better, I constantly have to the connect the smart TV and my sky Q box as at least 10 times a day it buffers then a message appears telling me I'm not connected to the internet. My router is upstairs plugged into the master socket. It is very frustrating. Thank you
