Hi Alright no answer to my first Q Lets try this a different way, having read what "Matt Taylor a Plusnet Staff member" wrote about "if you go through the wizard at http://faults.plus.net we'll get it investigated for you" which I did until I hit the point of trying a different router How can you test other router if A, you don't have one, or B, other router is locked to a different ISP Still only getting 2800kbps instead of 7 000+ which I was getting Dave
Hi Dave, No one's turned your speed down. It looks like a fault with the service or possibly an equipment issue. I've run a line test which shows that you should definitely be achieving speeds in the 7mb region. I can see that you've filled out the fault checker already so we'll see what our tests and investigations find out for you.
