Morning,
Could you please check your inhouse/exchange settings for my account, as I am having serious speed issues since moving to Plusnet. As you can see from  the readings below, I have had good speed, then it seems to get throttled back...

At this address, my previous ISP was providing me with 6+mbps consistently for three years, and I feel that doing checks my end is pointless, because everything is exactly the same. I am starting to feel I have made a big mistake moving to Plusnet and need to have my speed issues resolved very quickly otherwise i will be moving on to another ISP.

I've changed the profile on our side to match the 16200 BT IP profile, you should see the increase in the next 15 minutes.

Jojo, Many thanks, as you can see, back up to speed. feel a little bit guilty with the initial threatening tone. One of the reasons I moved to Plusnet is the openness and good communication lines that are provided, and they work very well.

Hi Vincent,
I think one of the reasons you were having trouble is that the circuit identifier we use to update your profile had changed but not updated on our system. Because of this the profile wasn't updated correctly. I've now rectified that so it shouldn't happen again.
