Slow upload speeds

Hi there,
Is there any way to improve my upload speeds? Right now I'm getting quite an abysmal 0.3 - 0.4 Mbps upload, which is really affecting VoIP and Skype calls, and even FaceTime on the iPhone. I am able to see the other party and hear them clearly, which indicates that download is not a problem, but they will always not be able to see or hear me. Is there a way to improve the upload speeds or remove the upload cap? Thank you.

Unfortunately your upload speed is already uncapped but only syncing at 672kb/s, which explains why you're not seeing great throughput speeds.
Are you connected in to your master socket and is there any noise on the phone at all?
