Slow upload speed

I am a new PlusNet customer, and while I am happy with my download speed, my upload speed is awful! I live in a rural village which doesn't have fibre broadband.  I work at hope and save all documents in the cloud, and over recent weeks, since changing to PlusNet, syncing these documents is so slow.  Trying to upload video or photos is just painful.

Is there anything I can do to improve this?

I've checked your line and unfortunately you're getting the most you can as your router is in sync at a upstream speed of 1272kbps.

What speeds are you seeing when you run a test at www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest?
