Slow upload line profile

Since opening a ticket over a week ago, to deal with frequent disconnects, I've been lumbered with an inappropriately slow upload line profile.  The original issue now appears to have been fixed, and my download sync has gradually increased to a seemingly very stable 19k Mbps, with ~3.3dB noise margin.  However, the upload is stuck at 440 Mbps, with a 28dB noise margin.  I've tried requesting that this be raised through the original ticket, but I'm seemingly being ignored...

Hi Teece,
When the work to rectify your fault has taken place, your upload profile has changed to being capped at up-to 448kbps. I have placed a modify order to uncap your upload. This will complete by the end of tomorrow.
