Hi Chris,
Thanks for the quick response, I can be available any time this week just let me know when.

Yes I realise my line may be performing at it's peak.
But the performance I had with fibre being installed (3 different engineers visit before it was up and working) and the meaningless replies in the ticket give me little confidence that things are alright.
Will someone be assessing if the ticket replies are acceptable?

I've got an appointment booked in for tomorrow morning 8am-1pm.
I've read through some of the responses and can see how it doesn't mean much to you, I can certainly feed that back where relevant.
