Slow throughput, could be PN IP profile issue

After a bout of thunder and lightening and the usual associated power cut the BT IP profile for my connection has gone back up to 3500Kbps however the throughput is less than 1Meg so would it be correct to asume that the PN IP profile still has to be matched to the one from BT?
I don't think it's the congestion issue again unless the profiles matched at around 8.15am today.
MAAF customers can't check the PN IP profile on the maaf website like PN customers can do on theirs.

The IP profile is already at 3500,  a line test reveals that this matches the BT profile so you might want to consider raising a fault with us if that continues to be a problem.
