April 2020. Worcester. Second day of ABYSMAL INTERNET SPEED. About 0.66 of a Megabit. Unable to do almost everything, can send receive email but VERY slowly. Come on Plusnet - this is not good enough! No streaming video. Most web pages don't load at all. It would not be possible for anyone to work from home on my connection.
Plusnet support this morning:: "We are not taking calls at the moment". WHAT!
I can get a 4G router with minimum download speed of 16MB sec from EE, it's only £22.00 per month for UNLIMITED DATA!! I am seriously thinking of taking this up. My daughter did and has not looked back in over a year of PERFECT service!
