Slow speeds

Hi, I seem to only be able to sync at 4500 (tried 3 times at different times of day)and used to be able to get close to 6000 which is killing my download speeds.  SNR is 6.0 for upload and download.  It there a fault somewhere?

Re: Slow speeds

Hi grahamholmes,
Your current sync rate is below the Fault Threshold Rate which means that our suppliers would accept this as a fault. Before we go ahead and go through that process, would you be able to connect an alternative microfilter to see if this improves things?
If it doesn't could you connect to your Test Socket as the last thing thing before we progress this as a fault. It'd be handy to get a set of stats again to see if there are any improvements from both tests?

Re: Slow speeds

Hi,  I have tried connecting a new microfilter to the test socket and the results are the same, thanks Graham

Re: Slow speeds

Thanks for doing that.
