Slow speeds

I've been getting slow speeds the last couple of days. I usually get about 16 MBit download speed but now it's half that. I've reset the router, use ethernet, and different devices to check the speed.

It looks like the linespeed is limited for some reason. It's connecting fine but plusnet is limiting it at 7.1Mb? Help please.

How long is it since you restarted the router? It looks like the Plusnet Current line speed value has yet to track the BT IP profile (15.1Mbps). This might fix itself in the next few hours. However you could give Customer Services a call on 0800 432 0200 and ask them to update the setting manually. Alternatively leave it until tomorrow when a Digital Care Team staff member will hopefully spot this topic and set it for you.

It looks as though there was a slight dip in sync rate on your line as per the below screengrab.
Our internal profile would have noticed the drop and aligned as it should do. I can see that the speeds have picked up now and your speeds have too.
Please let us know if this happens on a frequent basis.
