Hi,
I have had very slow speeds for a while; tried enquiring about it before but got no where.
Having read through many topics a lot of peoples speeds have been fixed so I was wondering if there are any staff on here who could help me please?
Earlier this year my line was upgraded but this doesnt seem to have helped, are there any settings that are reducing my speed?

Hi tman16,
It looks like you're getting occasional bouts of dropped connections, which will be keeping the speed down. It's hard to tell if these are down to a fault or if it's the router dropping the connection, so if you could follow the troubleshooter through at http://faults.plus.net the tests there will give us more of an idea of what's happening.
Here's the connection logs:
