Our speeds average around .62MBs upload and 2.5 MBs download. We spend a lot of time waiting for web sites to low. This is not fibre optic. How can we get better speed. Can we use Netflix at this speed?
Sorry to hear you're having speed problems. I've been testing your broadband and it's looking like the speed is within estimates for the line. I would imagine you would experience a bit of buffering when streaming, i.e. watching Netflix.
Looking at fibre availability down your line, it's available however the speed isn't what we expect for superfast. It's better though, the target is between 4.2 Mbps and 7.9 Mbps.
