Slow speeds and intermittent drops

Hi,
My broadband speed has become very slow recently without me changing anything on my end. I'm also getting frequent drops in the connection. Rebooting or resetting the router doesn't help.
Can you look at this for me?

@Jane353 If you can provide the information requested in https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/ADSL-Speed-faults/m-p/1270245#M297501, other forum members may be able to help, and it would also give Plusnet staff something to go on.

Hi there, I've just been testing your line and whereas we're seeing frequent disconnections the tests don't show an obvious cause.
I recommend following the checks here next https://goo.gl/tu2WWu once done I'd report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net
