Slow speed ?

The last couples of days was full whack of speed 16 Meg but today the ping was error, low speed crawl slow as below 2 Meg. Are there any plusnet network problem ? The speed kept going backward from 16 Meg down to 1 Meg
Can you check my plusnet profile to see if it was correct set at 16 Meg and check to ensure I am not on traffic management limit ?

Current line speed:
   15 Mb
So it miss out BT IP 16053K on my current sync 18195K and can plusnet staff please adjust my plusnet profile to 16 Mb please

My speed is now back to normal back to 16 Meg now.
