Hello,
Most of the time the plus.net "High-speed Internet" page in the portal tells me somthing around 6500 kbps but for about 2 weeks now the page has only 3500 kpbs. My router is synced at 7616 Kbps almost 95% of the time, apart from when the connection dropped for a few hours about 2 weeks ago it came back up synced at around 4000 Kbps then after about a day came back up past 7000 kbps but the plusnet speed profile didn't raise. Is there somthing I or Plus Net can do to get it rased back up?
Thanks

Hi there,
You've practically diagnosed your own fault. Whenever you have a low sync event (in your case 4000Kbps) BTs speed profile will drop within 75 minutes. However, it will then take roughly 3 days to pick up to the lowest sustained sync speed during this period.
Hence why you're seeing a profile of 3500Kbps.

Hello,
The sync rate dropped around 1½ - 2 Weeks ago, is it normal that the 3500 Kpbs profile hasn't raised yet?
Edit:
I just ran the BT speed tester and if I understand the results correctly, I am set at 6500 Kbps but plusnet have me set at 3500 Kbps?

I've given things a nudge, can you try rebooting your modem/router and seeing if the speed is any better?
