Re: Slow speed issue

The router stats would be good as I can't see any issues from this side.
Another point to make is we've now removed interleaving from your line as you requested.
Your profile is now - Profile Info: 6dB/Fast

Re: Slow speed issue

Yeah dan the engineer told me the same:) He did however point out that i was on 13db before hand when i shud have been on 6 all along because im only 220m away from my exchange.

I dont actually mind the slow speed as the lower ping more than makes up for it whilst playing. its just that its disconnecting for like 1-3 minutes and then reconnects back again.
refer to the gyazo link for the router logs of what comes up when i disconnect.

Re: Slow speed issue

Hi Mick,
We need the full RouterStats please, not the summary - click the details link.  Just copy the web page and post the content to the post, no need for the image.
Note (as is common) the BTOR engineer is wrong - you are on a SNRM of 13dB because you are running on ADSL (1) with a SYNCH speed as fast as it will go.
The question which needs asking / answering is does your exchange support 21CN which would enable faster SYNCH speeds?
The DATA  speeds though are disconcerting, possibly pointing to exchange congestion, however can you confirm that these data speed tests were done over a wired connection?
