Slow speed evenings - WAPPING

Hi,
I get very slow speeds on our connection (exchange WAPPING (london)) - Mansell Street, E1 8AP, everyday in the evening. I would expect some slowdown but the speeds are usually between 20-30K/s.

Those speeds are obviously much lower than they should be, what results does a BT Speedtest give? www.speedtester.bt.com

If that's the fault ticket you opened early October, it was passed back to yourself when testing couldn't identify any problems to see if you were still experiencing issues. Unfortunately it then timed out after 14 days.

Ah, good to know. I didn't receive any notification that the ticket is closed. I will reopen it and yes, the problems are still there...
