Slow speed but have 8meg sync

Hi
my connection has been very slow all day 0.5 meg  but my sync is good 8 meg
ive tried reseting everything and its still the same
ADSL mode: ADSL2+
  ADSL settings: PVC:0/38
  ADSL line speed (kbps): up 443 down 8020
  Line attentuation (dB): up 19.3 down 35.0
  SN margin (dB): up 26.5 down 7.4

I've just updated the speed profile on your account so that should be fine now.
