I'm with +net nearly for a month now but the speeds don't get any better. Before you, on BT I was getting constantly 16-17 Mbps, now with you guys, it's all over the place, at best 13-14 but most of the times under 10 and sometimes as ridiculous as 2-3 Mbps. The thing is I never get a constant value if I run a test twice in a row. I know you've said the speeds will wary in the first 10 days but it's almost a month now.
Your motto "We'll do you proud" doesn't work with me at the mo.
Can someone help, please?
