Slow for around 3 weeks now

Having enjoyed around 1.4M to 1.6M for some time a recent drop in speed has not sorted itself out.
Anything that can be done from you end please plusnet....no changes in wiring etc and new router operational since middle of May when 1.6M was achieved

Hi Mike,
A recent series of instability has caused your line to be banded, which means that you wont sync higher than 1152k. This has caused your profile to drop. If you make sure you are in the test socket and don't have any extensions in use I can have it lifted to see how it goes.

instability is probably due to me moving router to try and get better wireless coverage in house - whihc I have now abandonded .
