Slow download speed - sync speed fine.

Just rebooted the router just in case, but today I can get no more than 690k download (should be 2.1mb/s) from any source, and my sync speed is showing its usual 19,300. I am connected to the master socket. I'm showing on PN as current line speed of 5.8mb, when it is always around 18mb. Something is clearly off. Can you help?

I would run a BT speed test, although it seems obvious there is a problem, but cannot connect via ethernet as we only use WIFI and none of our laptops (Macbook Air) have ethernet connectors anyway.

I have checked your service status page, and it does mention work on some exchanges, but mine is not mentioned (penzance).

Your line had a brief blip yesterday morning where the sync rate dropped, this changed your profile to 5800. We haven't yet received the new profile so I've updated it manually on our side. Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and you should see an improvement in speed.
