Hello, I have terrible speed at the moment 0.08mbps - 2.10mbps which is very low compared to what i am used to(12mbps). I was wondering if plusnet are having problems after 6pm.

Your downstream noise margin of 0.4dB is very low and your router is doing well to hold onto the connection. However assuming the CRC error count shown is genuine you are getting 4 errors per second, which is a huge number. I imagine every transmission requires several retries to get through, which manifests itself as very low download speeds.
Do you normally experience such low downstream noise margins in the evening?

I have had problems for a couple of days now but only from 6pm to around 8pm. The internet has sorted itself out now but just a little slower then usual 8mbps.
I will keep an eye on it tomorrow and report back if it continues during that time.

I have no idea about the noise margin, I have posted before router stats but I am using a phone at the moment I cannot find it. I normally just leave it and enquire when things go down hill .

The errors on your line are high at the moment, are you able to connect to your test socket to see if there's any improvement?
