Slow down after my holiday

I switched my router off while on holiday for two weeks. Its been back on for four days.
BT profile is  3.67    Plusnet showing 2.6
Current speed is around  2.4. 
Will a disconnect / reconnect at router help ,or does it need a nudge at Plusnet end

A line tests shows me a line rate of 3669kbps so I've adjusted our profile in line with that for you, so you shouldn't need to reboot.
Let me know if you have any other concerns.
