Connection seems to be getting slower and slower 
Started at around 40mb, now down to...
1. Best Effort Test:
Download Speed : 25.96 Mbps
2. Upstream Test:
Upload Speed : 5.85 Mbps
Pings have increased too
What can be done?

If your confident flashing firmware, then getting a spare* bt openreach HG612 (ECI are more difficult) might be an idea to see the full line stats to help narrow do any issues. (*Alway use a spare BT openreach modem to unlock to avoid any potential bills from bt)
