Intermittent problem, so engineers have never helped in the past.
Multiple router restarts, device restarts. Present across all devices.
No reported service faults in my area.
So, it just doesn't work. Nothing works. I can't cope any more. I am a college student, i need my connection. My ping to anything is over 1500, nobody can understand me when using any form of VoiP. I don't use my landline so i can't check for noise other than with the router stats. This intermittent problem of the connection breaking randomly has been present for well over 8 years now and engineers always say the line tests OK. I currently don't have a spare router to test, but in the past with other routers the problems have been present.
We have a brand new master socket fitted, so we do not use microfilters. So I can't replace them.
I am using ADSL MAX, which is just a big of a joke as the problems i'm having with it.
