Today, the broadband is S L O W. Even when connected via ethernet! I called up earlier regarding this and was told I was receiving speeds of 10mbps. I've just done a speed check myself and results are showing 2.8mbps. See attached screenshot.
What is going on? I've had nothing but problems since switching to Plusnet last week. I'd be grateful for any help.
On checking into the account, I can see that you spoke to an advisor earlier and a new router is on the way which should hopefully resolve your issues.
