Slow broadband speeds
I've been having some problems with my broadband recently, and my line went down last week (now fixed), but my speeds are now massively staggered. I'm on unlimited, and was previously getting download speeds in the region of 14mb/s - but now I've not hit 1mb/s since the line was repaired. I've ran through all the troubleshooting on plusnet support and I'm definitely getting less speed than I should, even with my laptop connected directly to the router by ethernet. Have I missed something obvious that could be causing this, or are there issues in my area that could be causing this? My line rental and broadband are both provided by Plusnet.

I have reset some of the settings on your line for you, please can you restart your router and run a further check for us please. Everything is looking fine from our side after testing.
