Slow broadband speeds

Dear all,
I've been having slow broadband speeds since last evening (Jan 31).

A BT test however returns much better results:
Download speeds: 14.5
Upload: 0.69
I live in M20. Anyone else having the same issues?

Thanks. I continue to experience low speeds.

I'm also unable to raise a fault through http://faults.plus.net/ . It tells me there is a fault open for my line and so I can't create a new one.

Are you aware of a fault report - if not look at your tickets over the last 30 days including closed ones.
If there isn't anything there it will need sorting but that probably won't happen until Monday
