Slow broadband speeds AGAIN

Yesterday I complained on this forum of very slow speeds and its happening again. When the 'fault' was fixed yesterday afternoon by matthew, plusnet help team, I was getting near usual speeds of 19.43 download, 0.97 upload ping 43, however all morning it has dropped to dire levels. email also mega slow downloading from server.

Did quiet line test all ok, did Bt wholesale speed check showing 1.31 download, 0.33 upload, 00 ping. Tried diagnostics and it confirmed speeds but stated error occurred whilst retrieving additional details.

Please help....again

If the speeds are still poor we'd need a fault raising here

went thru the faults guide and by rebooting router and PC the speeds are back up. bizarre.

Will keep an eye on the speeds. email still a tad slow downloading -  any suggestions?
