Slow broadband....again!

Hi all,
Had some issues with my speed the other week but line tested fine and it seemed to be ok.
This morning it seemed slow so I reset the router, then disconnected and swapped out my ADSL Nation faceplate for the standard BT Openreach.
Seemed fine but now its crawling and Speedtest sites won't work.
Can my line be checked? Also is interleaving off and my ping should be quite low and its not as I have the £5 priority connection enabled too

Think thats sorted it.
No FEC errors now and about 6.3meg downloads.
