Slow after phone fault - reset please

My phone line fault has been fixed but I am stuck down about 4544kbps  According to my Billion router, the snr and attenuation on my line mean I could get 14064kbps.  Please can you have my speed profile set or rest to that.

Here are the stats from the modem page.  My router is pretty good at holding the line stable, so I would ask that the speed profile is reset on the 'high' side rather than a safer 'slow' side.  Previously I think it was set to about 9Mbps and it never ever dropped with my new router, so I would like it set higher please.
